Clean and 1st class place, has beautiful views to the park.

everything about this old-fashioned hotel was excellent. the location turned out to be unbeatable, near to next to a park, and the center on foot or by tram. it also was convenient to tram stop. the very nice helpful and particularly helpful staff was much appreciated. i liked the delicious breakfast served with omlettes to order.

The hotel had a very central location near to city center. The staff were ready to help, they care about everyone. The breakfast I had was delicious and wonderful with great view, wine, beverages.

Hotel's breakfast is delicious and enjoyable with beverages, omlettes to order and wine. The rooms are reasonably priced and fashionable, equipped with a lounge, climate control and a kettle.

Pleasant hotel with good wellness facilities, friendly staff and clean rooms. Good value for money for Helsinki.

The hotel is already a little outdated. A few things could be renovated.

The absence of USB ports in rooms is quite disappointing, and I can't help but think that the location's dining options could use a boost for convenience!!!

The hotel has a great location. You can quickly walk to the city centre and the bus to the airport stops right outside the door.

The bathroom was still dirty and the carpet was not cleaned.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff was ok but not really courteous.

Sauna area was too small in German. No attractive quiet area

The location was quite good, the waiting staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpfull. The buisness center was great for use while traveling. public transport was right out the front door if needed. The fitness facilities were great.

The night manager was hesitant about removing the mini bar when requested to do so. He made excuses so it was not done....

Great view from the 9th floor. Good breakfast, a nice choice and special wishes like waffles or omelette were possible. Smothie and other juices possible. There was a small buffet for the sweet area as well as separate also a nice selection of fruit

The bed was a little too hard for my taste. Unfortunately, there was only one coffee machine and sometimes the queue was a little long. My suggestion on special days like New Year or Midsummer should be the breakfast times longer than normal.

It was impossible to sleep before 1 a.m. because of the irritating noise from the night-club. In the breakfast, there was plenty of meat and fish available, but hardly any fresh fruits and vegetables.

Excellent hotel with great fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and attentive 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with an insect bite, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend their services.

Good big room, nice design, excellent breakfast. Very good sounds' isolation - was absolutely quiet though the guests were in abandance.

The room was clean, although rather compact. Easy access to Wi-Fi and a nice lounge to eat snacks and rest in. Pleasent staff, and quick checking in- and out. Overall a very good hotel for business purposes.
